Our goal is to ensure the continued existence of PIU-PRINTEX GmbH by taking into account and fulfilling all relevant quality aspects and requirements.

For the implementation of quality requirements and the expectations of interested parties PIU-PRINTEX GmbH maintains a quality management system according to ISO 9001, the observance of which is binding for all employees.

The following principles apply:

CUSTOMER & SUPPLIER

Within the framework of the quality management system, it is of particular concern to us to fulfil the requirements agreed with the customer/supplier and project partner to the best of our knowledge and belief. Our primary goal is to maximize customer and supplier satisfaction.

Without our customers/suppliers and project partners it is not possible for us to fulfil all requirements regarding quality and customer satisfaction.

Therefore, we try to enter into a long-term relationship with everyone and promote a win-win situation that is important for both sides.

EMPLOYEES & ORGANIZATION

Employees and the constantly evolving organisation are important components of our company in order to achieve our corporate goals.

Our organisation is particularly characterised by motivated employees. Their know-how and their friendly tone internally and externally are important basics of our company philosophy. We support and promote all these qualities to the full extent.

ENVIRONMENT / NEIGHBOURHOOD

We are aware that in the age of globalisation our nature must be protected as far as possible due to the daily burden. For this reason it is also important for us to be able to make a contribution to this.

We do this by conscientiously handling harmful substances. Neighbouring residents and neighbouring companies must not feel disturbed by our company.

Compliance with official and legal obligations serves as a solid basis for the implementation of our services, which are carried out and implemented on time with consideration of all other parties.

The effectiveness of the quality management system as well as our processes and products are subject to continuous improvement process.
